Lyrical Dance

Lyrical is a modern dance form which combines jazz and ballet. It requires excellent technique, as the moves are often difficult and precise. The dancer must be able to convey emotional expressions of the face and body, necessary to tell the story.
This style of dance is usually danced at a faster pace than ballet but not quite as fast a jazz. |
