A fast moving, free style form of dance, using technique from Ballet, increases stretch and strength, body alignments and expression to music. |

TAP
The study of intricate footwork and rhythm. It covers a large range of style from Latin to soft shoe to traditional, giving a strong sense of rhythm and co-ordination. |

BALLET
The study of classical lines and technique. It requires discipline, strength and is extremely rewarding. Ballet gives strong foundation for all other dance forms. |

Teaches children placement and posture, co-ordination and rhythm, in a structured environment. |

Involves character role playing to music, through mime or song and utilizes emotions and movement of all types, including a variety of dance forms |

LYRICAL
Lyrical is a modern dance form which combines jazz and ballet. It requires excellent technique, as the moves are often difficult and precise. The dancer must be able to convey emotional expressions of the face and body, necessary to tell the story. |
